• Dr. Michael S. Wendrow, DC was born in New York and has lived in South Florida since 1967. Dr. Wendrow graduated in 1988 from Life Chiropractic College, in Marietta Georgia with a Doctor of Chiropractic degree.  Since his graduation he has helped thousands of patients heal, recover and rehabilitate from musculoskeletal injuries. 
• Dr. Wendrow has practiced and owned Care Plus Injury Rehabilitation Center in North Miami, FL for over 19 years.  Care Plus Injury Rehabilitation Center is a multi disciplinary clinic that offers chiropractic care, physical therapy, massage therapy and surgical/non surgical injury rehabilitation, spinal decompression and nutritional counseling. 
• Dr. Wendrow and his staff at Care Plus Injury Center treat patients that suffer from any form of neck, back and extremity pain or numbness as well as headaches and neurological issues such as gait and balance deficits. Over the years, Dr. Wendrow has been the staff physician for many of the local health clubs in the North Miami and North Miami Beach areas such as Olympia Gym, US1 Fitness Center and Bally’s Health Club. 
• Dr. Wendrow has treated athletes from the local high schools to the professional national level as well as patients that have been injured in auto accidents, work related injuries slip and fall and sports related injuries have all been a part of the makeup of his facility.

• Dr. Aylee Hallak comes to us from Sydney, Australia with 14 yrs experience working in various Physical Therapy settings such as inpatient, outpatient, sub-acute and skilled nursing facilities as well as Chiropractic clinics both in Australia and the USA. Combining the principles of physical therapy, massage therapy and chiropractic care, Dr Hallak has a multi disciplinary approach to health care and rehabilitation with extensive experience dealing with pediatric, adult and geriatric populations.
• In 2004 Dr. Hallak obtained her Master of Physical Therapy from Nova Southeastern University in Ft Lauderdale, FL. The program entailed an extensive clinical and theoretical approach to injury, pain and rehabilitation. After completing a research based thesis in 2004 “APPLICATION AND RETENTION OF A MOTOR TASK USING OPEN DISCOVERY LEARNING AND KNOWLEDGE OF RESULTS IN GUIDED LEARNING”, Dr. Hallak dedicated herself to further gaining knowledge completing her Doctorate in Physical Therapy and currently pursuing a specialization certification in Manual Therapy and Orthopedics.
• Dr. Hallak is Medicare approved, First Aid & CPR certified as well as a certified Tae Kwon Do Kukkiwon 1st Degree Black Belt Instructor and former Australian Tae Kwon Do squad member. Her dedication to sport and orthopedic rehabilitation is emphasized by her completion of an internship at Baptist Doctors Hospital, Coral Gables, FL, a renowned outpatient Orthopedic Rehabilitation Centre where she was exposed to world class athletes from the NBL, NBA, and NFL.
• Due to her extensive background in sports and focus on orthopedic rehabilitation, Dr Hallak volunteers her services at numerous events such as the 2000 Sydney Olympic Games where she dedicated her time in the capacity of a Training Supervisor. 
• Dr. Aylee Hallak is a current American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) member and a board certified Physical Therapist.

• Born in New York and raised in South Florida, Charlene attended Florida Career College and graduated in 2006 with a Diploma in Massage Therapy.
• Therapeutic massage is a rapidly-growing area within the natural healthcare profession. Charlene has had extensive experience working in spas, physicians’ offices, and chiropractic centers.
• Charlene has a working knowledge in the theory and practice of massage, including spa therapy, Swedish massage, Deep tissue techniques, hydrotherapy, health and safety practices, human relations skills, the legal and ethical aspects of massage.
• Charlene is a current member of the American Massage Therapists Association (AMTA) and is certified in CPR.
